TECHBRIGHT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on TECHBRIGHT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. Returns will be picked up from the same address where the product was delivered. Feel free to try on a product, but please keep it unused and in its original condition, along with the tags and packaging. If a Seal Tag is received with the item, ensure it remains attached & intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a return/exchange.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Returns will be picked up within 1 to 5 working days after application.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Products purchased on sale or clearance may be excluded from returns unless they are defective or damaged.
- Certain categories, such as perishable goods, personalised items, or hygienic products, may be exempt from return, as indicated at the time of purchase.
- In the event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the package. The issue will be verified with the seller/merchant before the request is approved.
- In the case of an exchange item, the products will be exchanged within 5 to 7 working days.
